What would you do as a Swim school InstructorAs a newly appointed Swim School Instructor at the Jewish Community Center of Louisville, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around providing high-quality swim instruction tailored to various skill levels. You will engage with students, creating personalized lesson plans that foster both aquatic safety and skill development. Instructors are expected to lead lessons in a clear, enthusiastic manner, adjusting techniques based on individual progress. Additionally, you will maintain a safe and hygienic pool environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular equipment checks. Building rapport with students and parents is essential, so you will be encouraged to communicate progress and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
Collaboration with fellow instructors is also key to sharing best practices and enhancing the overall swim program.
