Middletown Medical is seeking a *Nephrology Nurse Practitioner *to join our established team of Advanced Practice Professionals. The primary responsibilities will be to care for kidney disease patients by providing hospital coverage on weekdays and weekends (shared with other providers) and rounding on patients in dialysis units. Outpatient office hours are flexible. The candidate we seek is a motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience providing healthcare education to patients and families.
