Litigation Associate (2–5+ Years)

Location: Las Vegas, NV or Remote
Practice Area: Litigation (Commercial and/or General Liability)

A nationally recognized law firm with a robust presence in all 50 states is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join its Las Vegas office. This confidential opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex litigation matters within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

As a key member of the litigation team, you’ll handle a diverse caseload of commercial disputes and gain exposure to adjacent practice areas, including:

• Commercial litigation
• Construction litigation
• Professional liability
• Insurance coverage and bad faith claims
• Product and general liability defense

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Engage directly with clients
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• Play an active role in case strategy and execution

• 2–5+ years of litigation experience (commercial litigation preferred)
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Licensed to practice in Nevada
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
