Position Overview

As aLicensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)at ECC, you bring a powerful blend of clinical expertise, social justice awareness, and systems thinking to our integrative model of care. LICSWs are uniquely positioned to bridge therapy with advocacy, connecting clients not only to internal healing but also to external resources, support networks, and community systems that enhance long-term well-being.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want to combine therapeutic work with a broader systems approach ~ addressing the ecological, cultural, and social dimensions of mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and case support to individuals, couples, and families
  
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  
• Integrate trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approaches
  
• Support clients in navigating external resources and systems that affect mental health
  
• Collaborate closely with counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, and integrative practitioners
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  
• Participate in paid weekly consultations and monthly team meetings
  
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State
  
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (but not required)
  
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
  
• Proficiency with DSM-V or ICD-11 diagnostic frameworks
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Experience working with diverse populations
  
• Proficiency in EHR systems
