Description We are seeking a Jira Developer with hands-on experience in Atlassian Jira, particularly within Jira Service Management and Jira Asset Management. This role will focus on designing and implementing integrated workflows that enhance service delivery, asset tracking, and operational efficiency across our enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain Jira Service Management and Asset Management projects. Build and optimize integrated workflows to support IT service delivery and asset lifecycle processes. Develop custom fields, screens, automation rules, and permission schemes. Integrate Jira with other enterprise systems and tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Jira solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Jira configurations. Preferred Qualifications: Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator, Jira Service Management). Experience in enterprise environments with complex service and asset management needs. Knowledge of other Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket). Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
