Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is urgently seeking a reliable and skilled General Handyman to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has expertise across multiple trades. The position offers flexibility with your schedule and the potential to earn $2,000 to $3,000 per week , depending on the size and complexity of the projects you complete.

We are primarily seeking individuals who can cover a 50-mile radius around Atlanta , ensuring we can efficiently serve clients across the metro area and surrounding regions. Whether you are based in Atlanta or nearby areas, we welcome motivated handymen willing and able to travel to different job sites.

⭐ Handymen with a valid General Contractor License will receive priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance and Repairs: Perform a wide variety of tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and more.

• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, from simple fixes to more complex challenges.

• Timely Work Order Completion: Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

• Commitment to High-Quality Standards: Deliver professional, detail-oriented workmanship consistently.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Professional Client Interaction: Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction.

• Provide Your Own Tools and Vehicle: Must have full tools and reliable transportation to reach job sites across the Atlanta region.

• Liability Insurance: Contractors must carry liability insurance (assistance available if needed).

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in the handyman or related field

• Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, and painting

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (must cover a 50-mile radius from Atlanta)
