Are you ready to hop on this exciting ride with us and help us achieve our mission? Job Description Conduct food safety audits following QIMA/WQS and scheme owner rules. Develop audits reports within a determined timeframe. Summarize and evaluate inspection/audit findings. Communicate findings/results of inspections/audits with client representatives. Develop effective audit plans for the completion of assigned inspections/audits within a determined timeframe. Qualifications A degree in a food-related, bioscience discipline, science and engineering, or has successfully completed a diploma or equivalent higher education course in one of these subjects. At least 5 years of experience in areas such as quality assurance or food safety functions in food production or manufacturing, retailing, inspection, or enforcement. Travels up to 80% of the time - by automobile/airplane; some travel may be international. Weekend travel may be necessary to meet utilization requirements. Lead auditor training (40-hour/5-day training). HACCP training (16-hour/2-day training). Schemes: BRCGS / SQF. Full-time work.
