🚀 About the RoleAs a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the planning and execution of live event marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support social impact initiatives.
You’ll be hands-on at promotional events, engage with diverse audiences, and contribute to a team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.
🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and execute event-based marketing campaigns and brand activations
Assist with customer acquisition and retention strategies for partner brands
Represent clients at retail events, community pop-ups, and nonprofit outreach campaigns
Set up and manage branded displays and event logistics
Deliver compelling brand messaging through direct, face-to-face engagement
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
Bring creative ideas to elevate outreach, engagement, and impact
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable in public-facing roles
Strong communicator and effective team collaborator
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and coachable
Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments
Open to flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in retail, customer service, sales, or promotions (helpful but not required)
Degree or coursework in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred)
Paid, hands-on training in marketing, customer outreach, and promotional strategy
