We are actively hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to join our fast-growing event marketing and promotions team in Jeffersontown, KY. Support on-site event setup, execution, and teardown for live events and promotional activations
Assist with event logistics , including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and guest registration
Engage with attendees to deliver excellent customer service and create positive brand experiences
Manage signage, branded displays, promotional materials, and giveaways
Complete administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, data entry, and post-event reporting
Represent partner brands with a professional, polished, and approachable presence
Contribute to post-event evaluations to help improve future marketing and promotional campaigns
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask with attention to detail in fast-paced event environments
Positive, team-oriented, and professional attitude
Interest in event coordination, event marketing, promotions, or brand ambassador roles
18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
No experience required — full paid training provided
