About the roleTeach advanced English language, literature, and university preparation to high students using an internationally aligned framework (IGCSE/A-Level, IELTS, and global university standards) for an engaging, rigorous experience.Deliver grade-specific contentGrade 9 literature/short stories/drama with ESL/IELTS foundationsGrade 10 journal reading and academic writing plus continued IELTSGrade 11 long-form essays (2,000 words) and advanced IELTSGrade 12 personal statement proofreading and interview trainingPrepare lessons, assessments, and reports; co-teach and enhance curriculumMonitor progress with clear targets to ensure academic excellence and university readinessProvide constructive feedback to students and parentsFoster a safe, supportive learning environment RequirementsBachelor degree, Master’s degree preferredAt least 2 years of experience in teaching literature reading and academic writingExperience in teaching IG ESL & IELTS exam is preferredExperience in teaching drama is preferredTeacher certification required Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of up to 32,000 commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly housing allowance of 3,000 RMBFlight ticket reimbursement up to 8,000 RMBEnd year commission of 15,000 RMBAnnual bonusMedical insuranceBreakfast and lunch provided by schoolFully paid Winter and Summer holidaysNational public holidays
