Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to create and maintain an editorial calendar. Develop workback schedules, manage campaign timelines, and coordinate creative requests and approvals. Build customer segments within internal marketing tools and manage campaign setup. Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and quality across all email sends. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations. Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Strong understanding of outbound marketing and merchandising. Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale technology or entertainment organizations. Familiarity with internal marketing tools such as Bullseye, SONAR, Content Symphony, or Everest. Prior experience with email marketing for gaming, cloud services, or digital entertainment products. Demonstrated success using data to inform campaign strategy and optimization. Weekly team syncs and smaller breakout sessions for collaboration. Hybrid role with the core team based in Seattle and additional stakeholders across the West Coast.
