We are a New Construction Residential Electrical Contractor Servicing the Triad/Eastern parts of North Carolina. We work with various home builders between the Triad and Eastern NC areas. Our work is the installation & maintenance of the electrical wiring of a New or Remodeled House. We make sure the wiring is completed effectively, safely & fast. We do not currently perform any commercial work

Reliable, Hardworking Electrical Helpers/Leadmen wanted for a busy electrical contractor in Winston Salem, Kernersville and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with overtime available._ Knowledge in all residential electrical applications preferred. Willing to train the right candidate!!!_

Responsibilities:

• Helpers assist electricians, under direct / indirect supervision, in the installation, repair, replacement and maintenance of electrical systems, appliances and equipment.
• Leadmen will be in charge of leading a crew in effectively installing electrical equipment to the standard of the NEC code. 
• Material Handling
• Wire Pulling
• Assist in the installation of equipment / boxes / fixtures etc.
• Keep worksite clean and free of debris
• Follow all safety rules and alerts a supervisor if safety hazards are identified
• Assemble and install small to large electrical parts and pieces
• Complete projects within a timely manner.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Must be willing to take direction and learn!! Teamwork and a positive attitude is an absolute must!!
• Transportation to / from work (Valid driver's license is required.)
• Come to work on time every day (Monday thru Friday) with appropriate attire and hand tools
• Ability to SAFELY use hand / power tools and / or equipment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs when required on the job and loading and unloading materials.
• Must be able to climb a ladder with materials / tools and work safely
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of tools and equipment
• Work well in close proximity with others.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints is a PLUS!
• Comply with any and all company policies and procedures.
