Job Title: Electrical Service Technician
Location: Based out of Mt. Airy, MD – Projects primarily in VA and DC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (start time and location may vary depending on project)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team. This role involves working on commercial electrical projects , completing service calls, and managing small project work. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of trade experience, be able to troubleshoot effectively, and deliver high-quality electrical service with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service calls, repairs, and installations on commercial electrical systems .
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and safely.
• Lead and mentor a helper when assigned.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Provide clear communication with project managers and clients regarding work progress.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an Apprenticeship Program or Journeyman’s License preferred .
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical trade experience.
• Commercial electrical experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $32–$38 , based on experience.
