Electrical Estimator – Commercial Projects

Miami, FL | Full-time | Local Electrical Contractor

Looking for a strong Mid-Senior level Electrical Estimator in Miami for a solid and reputable local contractor growing fast.

• Well-established, reputable electrical contractor focused on commercial projects in the Miami area.​
• Projects include ground-up commercial, tenant build-outs, renovations, and design-build work.​
• Team-oriented environment where field and office work closely together to deliver quality jobs on time.​

• Review plans, specs, and addenda to understand scope and build complete electrical estimates.​
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs, get material and subcontractor pricing, and build detailed cost breakdowns.​
• Work with project managers and leadership on bid strategy, value-engineering options, and final proposals.​
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, GCs, and clients in the local market.​

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably on commercial projects.​
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction documents.​
• Comfortable using estimating software (Accubid, Conest, Trimble, or similar) and Excel.​
• Detail-oriented, good with deadlines, and able to communicate clearly with the team and clients.​
