We're seeking an experienced and people-centered EHS Manager - a results-driven leader who will play a key role in advancing our company and customer success. Overview As the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you will lead all site-level EHS initiatives at our large-scale operation of 250+ employees. This position is critical in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, reducing risk, and fostering a proactive safety culture. You\'ll drive continuous improvement through hands-on leadership, employee engagement, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities Lead and manage all EHS programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. Develop and implement policies and training programs to promote a strong safety culture. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses. Monitor and report key EHS performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, and efficiency. Achieve successful outcomes in internal and external audits. Reduce workplace incidents, workers\' compensation claims, and EHS-related costs. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to embed safety into daily operations. Support cultural transformation initiatives focused on continuous improvement and employee engagement. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT). Skilled in incident investigation, risk mitigation, and safety training. Demonstrated success in leading EHS programs and improving safety performance. Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems. Experience with ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and fire prevention preferred. Relevant certifications (CSP, CHMM, CIH, PE) are a plus.
