Job Description
Direct Counsel is representing a nationally recognized law firm seeking a Litigation Associate for its Dallas office. This is a non-partnership track position offering the opportunity to work on meaningful litigation matters within a full-time role that prioritizes predictability and work-life balance —ideal for attorneys seeking to continue practicing at a high level without the demands of traditional Big Law hours.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
Juris Doctorate (JD) required
Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas
Excellent academic credentials, strong writing ability, and effective oral advocacy skills required
