JOB DESCRIPTION

Data Entry Operator – 3rd Shift (100% Onsite, College Park, GA)

Location: College Park, GA
Pay Rate: $19.80/hr (W2)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Start Date: ASAP

Important Notes:

• Must be onsite all 5 days — no remote flexibility.
• Candidate location must be listed on resume.
• 10-Key assessment is required — include actual score at the top of the resume.
• Minimum typing speed: 8,000 KSPH (Keystrokes Per Hour).
• Candidates who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered.

Required Skills:

• 10-Key proficiency (8,000 KSPH minimum)
• Problem-solving skills
• Previous Data Entry experience

General Function:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently keying information from images or source documents in accordance with customer instructions. The associate must meet high accuracy standards and pass multiple system edits to ensure data integrity.

Major Responsibilities:

• Utilize full keyboard and numeric pad to key data accurately.
• Enter data according to customer instructions and system screen prompts.
• Identify and resolve out-of-balance transactions.
• Complete all assigned work within client-specified deadlines.
• Report computer system or processing issues to supervisors promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of Lockbox or similar payment/data processing systems (preferred)
• Ability to work overtime when required

Work Environment:

• 100% onsite role in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Extended periods of typing and screen focus required
• Must maintain minimum production and accuracy standards daily
