Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial Construction

Dallas, TX

A reputable Commercial General Contractor in Dallas is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a ground-up commercial project consisting of multiple commercial buildings.

Key Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple-building or campus-style commercial projects
• Strong background in site logistics, sequencing, and scheduling from mobilization through close-out
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, inspections, and AHJ coordination
• Experience enforcing jobsite safety standards (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Hands-on experience with concrete, structural steel, tilt-wall, and building envelope scopes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors
• Commercial-only experience required (multi-family or residential backgrounds will not be considered)
• History of stable employment and strong project ownership
