Commercial Concrete Solutions (CCS) specializes in commercial and industrial concrete repair including joint rebuilding, Concrete Profile Restoration (CPR), dock repair , slab stabilization, and bollard installation. Position Overview

We are seeking an In-Office Estimator responsible for reviewing project details, analyzing jobsite information, preparing accurate proposals, and supporting the sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates and proposals based on photos, drawings, and field information
• Assist with scheduling jobsite assessments when needed
• Review customer needs and define scope in collaboration with operations
• Maintain organized customer/project data within our CRM system
• Follow up on open proposals to help move projects to approval
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction estimating experience preferred
• Knowledge of concrete repair or industrial/commercial facilities a plus
• Strong math, organization, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with computers, drawings, and digital files
• Ability to read drawings or site sketches preferred
• Valid driver’s license required for occasional field visits
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn our processes
