Overview Compounding Pharmacy Technician - Freedom Fertility (Finance) As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician , you will be part of a specialized team supporting high-touch programs designed to enhance patient care. This detail-oriented role is primarily based in our compounding suite, where you will prepare sterile and non-sterile medications, maintain compliance with USP regulations, and ensure accurate documentation and formula entry. Responsibilities Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications according to established protocols. Maintain and clean compounding suite equipment and facilities to meet regulatory standards. Accurately label, package, and store chemicals and finished products. Enter and manage compounding formulas using specialized software. Complete daily documentation in accordance with USP guidelines. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License required; national certification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills. Strong mathematical skills for prescription calculations. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST Work Environment This is a worksite-dependent position and must be performed onsite. This position offers an hourly rate of 17.88 - 26 USD per hour, depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.
