For more information, visit EXL Service, at We are seeking a highly motivated Client Partner to drive growth, manage key relationships, and ensure delivery excellence across EXLs Sports & Gaming portfolio. The individual will be responsible for owning client accounts, deepening relationships with senior stakeholders, expanding scope across EXLs offerings (Analytics & AI, Data Management, Digital Engineering, F&A, CX Ops), and ensuring alignment between client needs and EXLs capabilities. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned Sports & Gaming clients (e.g., leagues, teams, sportsbooks, game publishers). Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and EXLs offerings. Drive pipeline development, proposals, and renewals in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. Sales & Business Development Drive revenue growth through both farming and hunting: Expand existing accounts with new solutions and services. Prospect and convert new Sports & Gaming clients in partnership with EXLs sales teams. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring disciplined tracking, forecasting, and closure. Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and deal closures. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Client Engagement & Advisory Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders in sports leagues, gaming operators, and media companies. Identify opportunities to apply EXLs Data, AI & Analytics, and digital solutions to solve client challenges. Evangelize EXLs capabilities in fan engagement, monetization, operations, and digital transformation. Delivery Oversight Partner with delivery leaders to ensure high-quality, on-time execution of ongoing programs. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or risks. Translate client feedback into actionable improvements for EXL teams. Internal Collaboration Work closely with EXLs capability leaders across Analytics, AI, Data Management, Digital Engineering, F&A, and Operations. Support solution development and go-to-market strategy for Sports & Gaming vertical. Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, and client presentations. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, consulting, or business development, ideally in Sports, Gaming, Media, or adjacent industries. Experience managing large accounts and actively driving growth; prior P&L ownership considered an advantage. Proven ability to engage with CXO and VP/Director-level stakeholders to frame business problems, shape solutions, and drive adoption. Knowledge of the Sports & Gaming domain (leagues, sports betting & iGaming, and video gaming & eSports) highly preferred. Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation in the context of fan engagement, ticketing, sponsorship, media & broadcasting, and game operations (on-field). Commercial orientation with experience supporting sales pursuits, RFP responses, proposals, and contract negotiations. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver at the executive level. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional and global delivery teams while ensuring client satisfaction. Willingness to travel (3040%) to client locations, league offices, and major events.
