About Us:
RS Mannino is a high-end, architect-led design-build firm creating timeless homes with precision and care. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Carpenter / Site Coordinator to join our growing construction team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who can take initiative on jobsite oversight, support daily field operations, and work closely with our trade partners.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a daily onsite presence on multiple projects, reporting to the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
• Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and ensure trades are properly sequenced and supervised on-site.
• Perform light carpentry including framing, blocking, hardware installation, minor repairs, and punch list work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Ensure protection of finishes and materials during construction.
• Receive and inspect deliveries of materials and coordinate storage logistics.
• Open and secure jobsites daily, including basic security walkthroughs at end of day.
• Communicate site conditions, delays, and progress clearly to the office and project team.
• Assist with quality control and verify work is performed to specification.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction; experience with high-end or custom homes preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and jobsite coordination.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools.
• Must be organized, punctual, and professional in both appearance and communication.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and be on your feet for long periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Spanish or Polish language skills a plus.
