This is a paid apprenticeship for people who want to break into the automotive industry the right way — by learning every part of the business from the ground up.

We have two paths available:

• Service Advisor Apprentice – Learn how to communicate with customers, manage repairs, and lead the front of the shop.

• Technician Apprentice – Train hands-on with professional techs to learn inspections, maintenance, and diagnostics.

This program starts at the true entry level. You’ll be part of the team that keeps the shop running smoothly by:

• Sweeping floors, cleaning bays, and keeping the shop organized

• Moving cars (manual & automatic)

• Assisting advisors and technicians with day-to-day tasks

• Learning shop flow, safety, and process along the way

As you progress, you’ll receive structured training and mentorship that moves you toward a full-time role as a Service Advisor or Technician.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a manual transmission

• Strong work ethic and willingness to start at the bottom to learn the trade

• Reliable, punctual, and team-minded

• No prior experience required — just a positive attitude and a desire to grow

• Paid, full-time position with steady hours

• 12-month structured training program with clear milestones

• Hands-on mentorship from industry professionals

• Opportunity for full-time placement and advancement after completion
