Our firm provides valuation & consulting, litigation support services, asset management, to all participants in this specialized sector. Specialty product lines include 55+ Active Adult, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Substance Abuse Facilities, Skilled Nursing, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), and Hospitals.

HealthTrust is seeking a full-time appraiser trainee / market researcher (we actively train appraisers and analysts to excel in our sector). The position requires flexibility with travel throughout Colorado upon advancing to a licensed trainee staff level; Daily tasks include:

• Travel for property inspections, which may include overnight stays;
• Strong telephone interview skills;
• Interviewing executive directors of the facilities during property tours;
• Assisting regional Partner or Director with day-to-day duties;
• Researching public data (tax assessment, zoning, state licensure regulations, senior living and healthcare databases, local supply, proposed construction).

Annual base compensation dependent upon experience, which includes participation in production incentives above base salary.
